Site Agreement Form (SAF)

Each site must have a valid and active Site Agreement on file with YWCA that is to be renewed yearly. The purpose of the Site Agreement is to ensure that the site administration and advisors acknowledge their role and responsibilities. (See Site Standards, #8)
