December 10-12, 2007: Anti-Corruption Event
On December 10-12, 2007, Youth Crime Watch of Nigeria participated in the Three-day Capacity Building Workshop for Members of the National Anti-Corruption Coalition (NACC) organized by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at the Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja.

November 30, 2007 – CHRISTIAN YOUTH & SOCIETY: WHAT IMPORTANCE? WHAT IMPLICATIONS?
Youth Crime Watch of Nigeria took its program to the Christian Youths and organized a day Christian Youth Leadership Summit held at the All Nations Evangelical Church (ANEC) Auditorium, Ibadan. The purpose of the program is to bring all the Christian Youth into the Youth Crime Watch program and solicit for the help and assistance of Christian Leaders in providing conducive atmosphere free of crime, corruption, drug abuse and violence.

October 2 -4, 2007 – National Anti-Corruption Campaign
The Youth Crime Watch of Nigeria participated in the 2007 National Conference of Anti-Corruption Committees in Nigeria Legislatures and Heads of Anti-Corruption Units in Government Establishments organized by the National Assembly and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) held at Oshogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.

May 2007: YCW Nigeria Leader Speaks Out on Society's Ills
Following Nigeria's election debacle, YCWN's Gbenga Adeleye took a pen to paper to outline the ills plaguing his country today. His editorial, Truth: Nigeria's magic for progress... youth appeared May 2, 2007, in Nigeria's National Daily.
April 2007: YCW Nigeria Observes National Elections
Volunteers from Youth Crime Watch of Nigeria did their part to try to help their country through national presidential elections this month. YCWN members were on site at polling booths across the country to aid the ad hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). In a campaign and election rife with problems, they had their hands full. In the midst of widespread reports of irregularities and abuses at the polls and violence on the street, we applaud their valiant effort.
YCWN intends to pursue and educational campaign to promote a civic society with real citizen participation. It is acts like theirs that will help this nation build a fair and moral society. And though there be setbacks, we can only hope that people such as those at YCWN will prevail.
March 2007: One Thousand Youth March Against Violence in Nigeria
Youth Crime Watch of Nigeria will participate in the One Thousand Youth March Against Violence in Nigeria, a series of marches planned for the period from April 2 to 12, 2007, in major cities across Nigeria.
