January 2008: Educational Outreach
As part of its outreach effort to spread the word about crime and violence prevention, YCW Pakistan held a program which 230 people attended. The main guests present were the District Mayor and the Minister of Education, who both came to express their support for the promotion of education and non-violent communication.

August 2006: Non-Violent Communication Workshop
August 14: Thirty-two young people participated in a workshop organized by Youth Crime Watch of Pakistan on non-violent communication. The workshop kicked off with an introduction to the YCW concept, followed by a talk and a skit on the subject of non violence. The group also talked about problems involved with drug abuse. The group of 12 females and 20 males greeted the program enthusiastically and a good time was had by all.
May 2006: Drug-Abuse Education Project
YCW of Pakistan organized a program on drugs and drug-abuse on May 15. Seventeen people, both muslim (9) and christian (8), participated. Among the factors standing behind drug use in Pakistan, the participants identified poverty, lack of knowledge, financial problems, domestic problems, and a great lack of education on the subject. YCWP hopes to continue such programs.

February 2006: YCWP Elects its Board of Directors
In late February, 2006, a group of 21 young people met in Gujrat to elect the first ever board of directors for Youth Crime Watch of Pakistan.
